Step 1: Account Setup
- Secure Access: Log into the platform dashboard and update your temporary password.
- Organize Profile: Confirm account and billing details, access downloads.
Step 2: Platform Training (Self-Guided)
- Resource Library: Within the platform, explore pre-loaded content (content, trivia, videos, etc.) available for use.
- Bookmark Resources: Save Support contact information and the Knowledge Base link for quick access to troubleshooting steps.

Step 3: Content Customization
- Resident Interests: Download activities that match your community’s preferences.
- Activity Categories: Review our activity offerings (Daily Delights, Crosswords, etc.), our seasonal content, and more to help organize your schedule.
- Printable Banners & Signs: Browse dozens of printable banners and signs to decorate your events.
Step 4: Go Live with Activity Engagement
- Recurring Events: Set up recurring daily or weekly events.
